Sportswear company Under Armour accused of deceptive pricing practices

A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Under Armour, Inc., alleging deceptive pricing practices. Plaintiff Linda Rappaport filed the complaint on October 29 which claims that Under Armour misled consumers with false discount schemes at its Factory outlets and online store.

Walk of Heroes Across the Center Moriches School District

On Nov. 8, the Center Moriches School District held its annual Walk of Heroes,inviting local veterans to be honored by students and staff. High school and middle schoolstudents first lined the halls of their building, waving American flags as the veterans andtheir family members proudly marched through. The walk then made its way to ClaytonHuey Elementary School, ending with a breakfast for guests.
