Town clerk's mobile office tour visits local library

Jonathan Kornreich Council District 1 | Town of Brookhaven

On October 3, Brookhaven Town Clerk Kevin LaValle visited the Emma S. Clark Memorial Library in East Setauket as part of his "Mobile Office" initiative. This program is designed to facilitate interactions between residents and the Town Clerk, allowing them to have their questions answered and obtain essential information about the Town of Brookhaven.

The Town Clerk’s office offers various services such as issuing Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates, Parking Permits for Persons with Disabilities, Amusement Permits, Special Event Permits, among others. However, due to privacy laws, passes and certificates are not issued during the Mobile Office hours. Instead, Clerk LaValle assists residents in initiating these processes.

"The final stop on the Town Clerk’s Library Tour 2024 is scheduled for Friday, November 15 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Patchogue Medford Library," according to the announcement. Residents seeking more information can visit www.BrookhavenNY.gov/TownClerk or contact via email at TownClerk@BrookhavenNY.gov or by phone at 631-451-9101.
