There was a single gas station in cities across Suffolk County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $3.35 per gallon in the week ending Oct. 12, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.

The average reported cost of premium gas in cities within Suffolk County was $3.85 per gallon.

Of the 558 reported gas stations in cities within Suffolk County, 183 offer premium gas.

The average reported price of premium gas in New York was $4.08, compared to $4.06 the week before.
