Ellie Masera keeps racking up the awards and she can add a very prestigious one to the mantle.

Masera has won the ECAC Sports Offensive Player of the Year award. Masera, who is also a finalist for the Tewaarton Award, was also named to the All ECAC team this week. She is joined by her teammates Kailyn Hart and Avery Hines.

Masera's numbers were as good as anyones in the county this season. She was 2nd in the nation in points with 117, which was not only first in the CAA, but also set a single season record. Masera also ended with 77 goals, which was good for 5th in the country and 1st in the CAA. Her 40 assists put her 3rd in the CAA and she finished 2nd in the CAA with 145 Draw Controls.

Masera will have her name etched in Stony Brook's record books forever as well. She became just the 5th player in SeaWolves history to score 300 career points and just the 6th player in the school's history to rack up 200 goals. She is the program record holder for Draw Controls in a single game as well as the most in history.
