Rocky Point Eagles Athletes Soar Into The Future

This week Rocky Point High School recognized 11 of their seniors at a commemorative college commitment day to celebrate the next chapter of their academic and athletic careers.

Rocky Point welcomed the students, family members, coaches and administrators together to celebrate their achievements. These athletes not only excelled at their respective sports but also continued to impress academically while juggling an athletic schedule.

The event was hosted by Jonathon Rufa, the district’s director of health, physical education, intramurals and athletics.Mr. Rufa shared highlights of each students’ high school athletic career before inviting them to each sign a pledge to continue to be stellar representatives of the Rocky Point school community.
