Brookhaven Supervisor to host battery energy storage system forum

Farmingville, NY - On January 21, Town of Brookhaven Supervisor Dan Panico will host a forum to discuss Battery Energy Storage Systems and their impact on the community. Qualified panelists will address questions and concerns from residents. The event is scheduled from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Shea Theater, Suffolk County Community College Ammerman Campus in Selden.

Residents interested in participating must RSVP and submit their questions online at Brookhaven.gov/Battery by January 20. There will be no live questions taken during the forum.
