CJC Distributors LLC filed a lawsuit against NT Solutions Inc., Western Regimen LLC, and Vanner Inc. allinges that three corporations have conspired to defraud them, resulting in a substantial financial loss.

The lawsuit stems from an alleged breach of contract, fraud, and negligence related to the transportation of goods intended for delivery from Nevada to New York. According to the complaint, CJC Distributors contracted with Uber Freight Inc. on November 14, 2024, to transport power tools weighing 40,000 pounds from Las Vegas to Inwood, New York. Uber Freight assigned NT Solutions as the carrier and provided CJC with a bill of lading identifying NT Solutions as responsible for the shipment. However, things took a turn when it was discovered that Western Regimen had unauthorizedly brokered the shipment to Vanner without CJC's consent.

CJC accuses NT Solutions of negligence for failing to protect its identity and allowing impersonation by unauthorized parties. The complaint further alleges that Western Regimen fraudulently altered the bill of lading and misrepresented itself as NT Solutions to gain possession of the goods. Vanner is accused of accepting a false bill of lading and delivering the goods to an unauthorized location in California instead of New York. The plaintiff claims that these actions resulted in a total loss valued at $469,839 and seeks damages amounting to at least $1 million.

The lawsuit includes multiple causes of action against each defendant: negligence claims against NT Solutions, Western Regimen, and Vanner; liability under the Carmack Amendment for both NT Solutions and Vanner; fraud allegations against Western Regimen and Vanner; conversion claims; unjust enrichment; and misappropriation charges. CJC seeks compensatory damages for their losses, punitive damages due to fraudulent conduct by Western Regimen and Vanner, attorneys' fees, costs associated with this action, as well as any other relief deemed appropriate by the court.

CJC Distributors LLC is represented by attorneys Rachel Wrubel and Aviva Francis from Jacobowitz Newman Tversky LLP based in Cedarhurst, New York. The case was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York under Case No. 2:25-cv-01119.
