The Town of Brookhaven has announced the results of its 2025 Winter Coat Drive, organized by the Brookhaven Town Youth Bureau's INTERFACE Program.

The drive successfully collected 1,567 coats along with numerous pairs of winter gloves, hats, and scarves.

These items were donated by local residents and will be distributed to churches, shelters, youth agencies, families, and veterans in need.

The coat drive took place from January 7th through February 7th.

Josephine Lunde, the INTERFACE Coordinator for the Town of Brookhaven, was involved in checking in the donated winter clothing.

The Youth Bureau's INTERFACE Program is a collaborative effort involving individuals and corporate partners alongside the Town of Brookhaven. It aims to assist less fortunate residents by providing necessary goods and services while addressing social issues within the community.
