Brookhaven Town Clerk hosts mobile office tour at Sachem Public Library

Sachem Public Library | Town of Brookhaven

Farmingville, NY – On May 8th, Brookhaven Town Clerk Kevin LaValle continued his 2025 Mobile Office tour at the Sachem Public Library in Holbrook. This initiative allows residents to interact with the Town Clerk, ask questions, and obtain information about Brookhaven. The office offers services such as birth, marriage, and death certificates, parking permits for persons with disabilities, amusement permits, and special event permits. However, due to privacy laws, permits and certificates are not issued during these mobile hours.

For further details about the library, visit https://www.sachemlibrary.org/. The next scheduled stop on the tour is at the Center Moriches Public Library on June 2nd from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. More information about the Town Clerk’s office can be found on the Town website or by contacting them via email or phone.

Town Clerk LaValle expressed his appreciation for hosting mobile hours at various libraries: “It’s always a pleasure to host mobile hours at the various libraries across the town. Each library has its own unique character, offering a special atmosphere that reflects the community it serves. These visits allow me to connect with residents, address their needs, and bring our services directly to them. I truly value the opportunity to engage with the diverse groups that make up our town, and I’m proud to partner with these incredible libraries to make our resources more accessible to everyone."
