To mark Hispanic Heritage Month, Bellport High School’s Multicultural Student Association created a living library experience, “My Journey,” for their peers.
As part of the event, ENL student alumni spoke with current students about their journey to the United States and their high school and current college experiences.
Voters in the Mastics-Moriches-Shirley Community Library District overwhelmingly approved the library’s 2025-2026 operating budget on Tuesday, April 22, by a vote of 400 to 249 — a decisive 62 percent margin of support.
