Just before the Thanksgiving break, special education classes at William Floyd Elementary School held a balloon parade inspired by the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Students decorated balloons with designs that included animals, characters, and holiday themes. They marched around the bus loop and through the building while family members, friends, faculty, and staff cheered them on.
