Mather Hospital dedicates New Outpatient Behavioral Health Building
Northwell's Mather Hospital formally dedicated its recently acquired Outpatient Behavioral Health Services building that allows the hospital to transform how it provides mental health services, expanding programs and introducing a new Rapid Access Center. The building, located across the street from the hospital at 100 Highlands Blvd., was purchased with public and private funding totaling $9.2 million including a grant from the NYS Department of Health.

Tuttle School Gives Thanks and Honored Those That Serve
Tuttle Avenue School first graders participated in a Thanksgiving celebration, whichrecognized and honored all essential workers in their school along with the veterans andactive military in their community. It was a morning of poetry and song as each of thegrade's classrooms donned turkey and pilgrim headdresses and took to the stage toperform a variety of Thanksgiving holiday music and to recognize the important work thatthe faculty and staff do each day. The school also collectively donated nonperishable food items for those in needduring the holiday. The donated items were brought to Lion's Heart and the Eastport BibleChurch to assist in making the community's holiday brighter.
