A Mastic woman couldn't control her dog, who viciously attacked and seriously injured a two-year-old child. The rampage continued when the dog attacked the young boy's uncle who was trying to stop the dog from injuring the toddler.

New Clerk on Board at Patchogue-Medford School District
At last night's Board of Education meeting, the Board approved Theresa DeLeva as District Clerk, effective September 30th. Ms. DeLeva has been the senior cook of Patchogue-Medford High School's central kitchen for approximately eight years and held other food service roles in the District prior to that assignment. As a resident who participates in numerous District and building committees, she is devoted to continuing to support our District and community in this new role.
