Panico Packs Powerful Punch In Fight Against Signs Plastered Across Brookhaven

You can't miss them while driving in and around the South Shore: lawn signs plastered all over the community on light poles and right of ways, pushing everything from power washing to bathtub reglazing to cars for sale.They're not only an eyesore, but they're also placed around town illegally.In an effort to maintain clean communities, Brookhaven Supervisor Dan Panico led the charge along with local leaders to trash the illegally placed signs and spruce up the area.Supervisor Panico was joined by Highway Superintendent Dan Losquadro, Councilman Neil A Manzella, Councilwoman Karen Dunne Kesnig, Councilman Neil Foley, and Councilmember Jonathan Kornreich.The community wide cleanup was a huge success, with public officials nearly filling a 40-yard dumpster.
