Insurance giant accuses local pharmacy chain of multi-million dollar fraud scheme
A major insurance company has filed a lawsuit against a local pharmacy chain alleging a large-scale fraud scheme exploiting New York's No-fault Law. Filed on September 16th in federal court by Allstate Insurance Company, the suit accuses Best Care Pharmacy and its principal Maksym Fedotov of submitting hundreds of false insurance claims for medically unnecessary pharmaceuticals.

Tennis For Awareness Is A Huge Success
The event was a tremendous success, raising $940 for the Good Samaritan Hospital Breast Health Center. Teams registered with a $40 entry fee, with all proceeds going directly to breast cancer research. Winners and finalists earned the opportunity to attend the end-of-season Section XI tennis dinner for free.
