Suffolk County Community College hosts student art exhibit at Eastern Campus

A student art exhibit featuring the work of Suffolk County Community College students will open on November 6 at the Eastern Campus in Riverhead. The exhibit, showcasing creations from applied arts programs, will run until December 9. An opening reception is scheduled for Thursday, November 8, from 4 to 6 p.m.

On October 17, a $10,000 donation was made by the Ronkonkoma Chamber of Commerce to the American Cancer Society's "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" event. The presentation took place at the New York Cancer and Blood Center in Ronkonkoma. This contribution was generated from the community's involvement in the Ronkonkoma Chamber of Commerce Celebrity Softball Game held on July 28, 2024.
